Babies cry and toddlers are on the move. I am very experienced in working with children and I am prepared for all of it! The best thing you can do is relax! If your little one is absolutely NOT having it at any moment during the shoot, we will take a break! I promise, your baby is not the first to be upset during a session.
I have a very specific workflow during birthday sessions in order to get the most and very best images possible! Every baby and every session is different. Trust the process, come with an open mind and heart, and I promise we will have a blast!

Ordering
I'll get right to work on your beautiful photos! I know you're excited to see them, and I promise it will be worth the wait when you open your digital gallery and see what we've created together! I try to get all galleries delivered in around 3 weeks!
After your session
The first thing I do during a birthday session is.... nothing! I want to give your little one some time to adjust to a new space and environment. I'll chat with him or her a bit so they can start getting to know me, and only then will we get started!
We'll plan every detail! From the theme, colors, sets, and even custom outfit boards with your baby's sizes that will coordinate and photograph beautifully. I will be there with you every step of the way to make the final product absolutely stunning and EASY!

2-3! We will chat leading up to your session about your baby's outfit choices so that we can be sure everything in the color palette works well together.
How many outfits should I bring?
Parents will bring their own cake. However, I do work with a baker that can provide a beautiful naked or dirty iced cake if that's the look you're going for! Let me know if you'd like for me to take care of that and I can add the amount onto your total.
Do you pRovide The Cake?
An invoice and contract will be sent to your e-mail after you fill out the inquiry form. A $100 non-refundable retainer, as well as a signed contract are required within 48 hours of the delivered documents to secure your date. The remaining amount is due when you see your gallery and choose a Collection!
How do I book?
Yes! Some non-messy snacks like Cheerios or Puffs, a bottle and a pacifier (if they take one!), a couple of towels, baby wash, and wipes to clean up after the cake smash and bath, a few of their favorite toys, a playlist with their favorite songs, and a comfy outfit for the ride home!
Should I bring anything?
Every single session is unique and I will make absolutely any idea or theme under the sun come together for you!
Do you have my baby's birthday theme?
Yes, absolutely! You can order professional quality products directly through your online gallery.
