Q + A
Q: How do I book?
A: An invoice and contract will be sent to your e-mail after you click “book” on your package of choice and fill out the booking form. A $100 non-refundable retainer as well as the signed contract will be due within 48 hours of the delivered documents to book your date. The remaining invoice amount will be due in full by the day before your session.
Q: How long does a session last?
A: I don’t specify a time length for sessions. Generally 1-2 hours depending on which package you choose and how things are flowing. There have been times that I have completed a session easily in 30 minutes, while others have taken 2 hours.
Q: What is a digital download?
A: This is simply an easy way to deliver your digital files. I provide your images in an online gallery and you click a button to have them delivered directly to your desktop.
Q: Do you offer prints and products?
A: I strongly encourage my clients to print! Each session includes a Print Release allowing you to make your own prints from your session. I include instructions on where to get the best prints from a consumer lab. However, to get the absolute best quality products that will last the test of time, I offer professional quality prints and albums that can be ordered directly through your gallery making it quick, simple, and easy. In the Deluxe package, there is a print credit included which will be applied toward your print order.
