Being asked by another photographer to photograph their family is one of the BEST things ever! Especially one as talented as Meredith Dickens! It’s so funny when you have connected so much with a person on social media that you feel like you know them in person. That’s exactly how I felt when I got to meet this sweet family.
I absolutely loved the soft muted color palette that they chose for their family session outfits. You truly can’t go wrong when you go neutral. It is always in style, and always timeless!
Meredith loves the rich greens that come with Spring. With this in mind, we chose to photograph their session at the Middlecreek National Battle Field in Prestonsburg, Kentucky. This little open field is so dreamy with a magical little “forest” and I love how the light filters through the trees!
